What is a client hair profile?
Hair profiles let you store each client's usual cut, guard lengths (sides, top, blend, neckline), hair type, scalp type, products they use, and any allergies. This information appears automatically inside the booking detail panel on your calendar whenever that client has an appointment — so your staff know exactly what to do before they start.
